Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

• Timeframe: Returns or refunds must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Due to the nature of gym supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation number is required to process any refund or return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or partially used supplements.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
• Gift cards or promotional items.

Refund Process

• Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at x2nutritionzone1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the order was incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
• Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, upon verification.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return, subject to the conditions above.
